Membership is open to firms, individuals and corporations with an interest in agricultural irrigation. Five membership categories are available:

Regular
For irrigation equipment manufacturers, distributors, dealers and installers, registered engineers and/or engineering firms and companies that design irrigation equipment, manufacturer representatives and agri-business related companies. Regular members are entitled to one vote at all membership meetings.

Associate
For additional employees of Regular member firms. Non-voting.

Technical
For individuals employed by local, state or federal government agencies. Non-voting.

Supporting
For individuals having an interest in TAIA, but not meeting the requirements of other categories. Non-voting.

Producer

For the end-user of irrigation equipment, i.e. farmer/rancher. Non-voting.
