​Silver Anniversary Meeting


The Texas Agricultural Irrigation Association celebrated its Silver Anniversary in connection with the Annual Membership Meeting October 3, 2016, in Fredericksburg.  Founded in 1991, the Association celebrated 25 years of service to the irrigation industry in Texas and neighboring states.  Please follow these links for additional information regarding the celebration.

2025 Annual Meeting 

The 2025 Annual Meeting was held on December 3, 2025, following the Amarillo Farm and Ranch Show. A group of 19 met at 6 PM at Napoli's Restaurant to hold election of board members and officers for 2026 as well as a new executive secretary. Various business issues regarding memberships, software, and the scholarship program. The following will be serving as officers for 2026. 


             President - Jason Simkins, Equipment Supply

             Vice President - Ryan Weir, Watermaster Irrigation

             Secretary/Treasurer - Stoney Cornett - Diversity D


2024 Annual Meeting

The 2024 Annual Meeting was held on December 3, 2024, at Napoli's in Amarillo following the Amarillo Farm and Ranch Show. The new executive secretary to replace the late Kern Stutler was voted in. The following were voted in as the new officers for 2025. 


             President - JD Martinez, Watermaster Irrigation

             Vice President - Jason Simkins, Equipment Supply

             Secretary/Treasurer - Ryan Weir, Watermaster Irrigation


2023 Annual Meeting

The 2023 Annual Meeting and Membership Banquet will be held in conjunction with the TAWC Water College January 24, 2024.  The meeting will be at 6 pm at Cagles Steaks and BBQ in Lubbock.  Take in the Water College and then join TAIA for a Cagle steak, guest speaker and election of board members and officers for 2024.  Follow the link below for an invitation.

​The 2022 Annual Meeting​ was held November 30, 2022, at the Amarillo Club in connection with the Amarillo Farm and Ranch Show.  Guest speaker was Dr. David Smith, Director of the Texas 4-H Water Ambassador Program.  The following were elected during the business meeting:
